Please feel free to ask reception for the availability of a late check out (fees may apply).
From the 1st July 2017, all payments made by a Credit Card will incur a 1.3% non-refundable credit card surcharge. Payments made on a credit card will be charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). Guest(s) will need to make arrangements at time of booking and prior to arrival if they wish for the accommodation/ incidentals to be charged in a foreign currency. A 1.3% surcharge will still apply in the case we are requested to charge in a foreign currency.
A valid photo ID is required upon check-in.
Please be advised that guests are required to have a credit card upon check in as pre-authorisation/security bond for the room ($100 per room). This will be used in the case of any undeclared incidentals, damages to the room, smoking fees and fire-alarm call out fee of AUD $1600 etc. that is found upon check out/ Cash bonds will not be accepted and guest may be refused entry into the hotel.
Car park entry is located on Druitt Place via Sussex Street. For the most convenient entry access, proceed down Sussex Street into Druitt Place (Note: Sussex Street is a one way street in a southerly direction). Parking within this facility is subject to terms and conditions of entry and displayed before entry. Hotel parking rates of $40 per night* apply for in-house guests hotels. The Seasons Harbour Plaza accepts no responsibility or liability of parking terms & conditions.
The Seasons Harbour Plaza exercises a strict No Party Policy and reserves the right to evict guests and/or visitors from the premises of Seasons with a penalty of a full night's room rate and cleaning fee. Seasons Harbour Plaza is proud to offer a refreshing Smoke free environment. A $200 cleaning fee will be added to your bill if any evidence of smoking is found in your apartment.
**Please note: Due to unforeseen circumstances, there will be some noise disruption during the day, night and early hours of the morning in the area from construction site located next to our property. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause during your stay, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.**
